you have 48 hours in advance from your appointment to let me know that you will need to cancel! I understand specific circumstances especially if you are a return client who typically does not cancel, if you believe you have a specific circumstance please reach out to me and I will decide. No call no shows are considered a cancellation not in the 48 hour window and you will be charged the cancellation fee for this. Please understand that in canceling last minute I lose out on not only a paycheck from your appointment but I lose out on someone I could’ve booked in your spot. As this is my source of income and my business I believe this policy is fair, thank you and lots of love 💕
